On behalf of our great team, I would like to welcome you to the Indigenous Parents Community. We are working passionately to offer you a safe space to explore your development options at your service.
IPC has lived in my heart-mind since 2019, slowly forming from just a good idea, a dream, to being founded in Fall 2021.
I have always been someone who likes to offer support. During my journey through University as a single parent, I saw many gaps for Indigenous parents like myself.
Here we are today, with the single goal to offer a support system to other Indigenous parents who may need it for personal and professional development towards their goals.
I encourage you to be passionate, be creative, share your goals, and let your ideas become a reality. I am here for you.
I send you all my best wishes on your journey,
To be Manitoba’s most prominent Indigenous community group providing Indigenous parents with personal and professional development through mentorship, leadership, and networking opportunities.
To support the Indigenous parents in Manitoba on their personal and professional development by providing mentorship opportunities so they can help create a stronger Indigenous community.
The Indigenous Parents Community (IPC) defines and governs itself through empowerment, philanthropy, and enrichment.
